艾丽卡韦伯 oversees all aspects of the gift planning program and works closely with donors and their advisors, 工作人员, and University leadership to increase philanthropic support to the University through legacy gifts. She was Director of 礼物规划 and Endowment for the WGBH Educational Foundation for more than four years. 在加入WGBH之前, Ericka worked in the gift planning offices at both Harvard University and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. 

Ericka earned her bachelor’s degree in international relations from American University and a master’s in education from Harvard University. She served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Chad, 非洲, where she worked on community health education and other initiatives. She is on the board of the National Association of Charitable Gift Planners and is the past President of the Planned Giving Group of New England (PGGNE).

丹尼斯Heffron joined 电子游戏软件 in October 2017. Bringing over 10 years of expertise, 她合作, 培养, 和管理BC校友, 父母, and friends with various gift planning offerings such as bequests, life-income礼物, and other complex gift transactions. 以前, Denise worked at State Street 全球 Advisors (SSgA’s) private asset management group as a Senior Trust Administrator working with the firm's largest private wealth relationships. Most recently, she worked at SSgA in the charitable asset management group. Denise is also an active member of the Planned Giving Group of New England (PGGNE) and a member of the National Association of Charitable Gift Planners.

Megan McCarthy works with alumni, 父母, and friends to help deepen their relationship with the University and make a meaningful impact at the Heights while meeting their financial and philanthropic goals. Megan joined 电子游戏软件 in August of 2015. After roles on the Annual Giving, 领导给, and 领导给 Programs teams, she joined the 礼物规划 team in April of 2022. While on the Annual and 领导给 teams, Megan worked with Reunion classes ranging from the 5th Reunion to the 40th Reunion and worked with the local BC community. Prior to working at BC, Megan worked at the Dana Hall School and Dana Farber Cancer Institute.

电子游戏软件 礼物规划 is a natural fit for Megan as she is a third-generation BC alumna and third-generation Shaw Society member.

Joseph Richardson joined 电子游戏软件 as Associate Director of 礼物规划 in August 2022. Bringing over 10 years of relationship management expertise, 他与BC校友合作, 父母, and friends to share the legacy of philanthropy through various gift planning offerings.

以前, Joe worked at South Shore Health Foundation in southeastern Massachusetts, as a Philanthropy Officer where he managed a major gift portfolio in addition to the Foundation's Legacy Giving program. Joe implemented a refresh and redesign of the South Shore Health Legacy Giving program and the solicitation of transformational bequest gifts to help secure the continued success of the South Shore Health System and the community it serves. In addition to his roles in development and sales, Joe is the founding head coach of two collegiate Men's Lacrosse programs at Dallas Baptist University (Dallas, TX) and Newbury College (Brookline, MA). 乔赢得了他的M.S. 管理学与管理学.S. in Educational Administration at Dallas Baptist University and is an active member of the Planned Giving Group of New England.
